Payment Policy

  • All payments are due upon receipt.
    If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the Buyer forfeits the ownership of any product purchased.
  • Product(s) will not be shipped until the Payment is received.

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping Charges will be paid by the buyer on the amount agreed upon with the seller at the time of purchase.
  • If a product(s) is/are damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
  • If the product(s) is/are delivered to the address given in the order details and the buyer doesn’t receives it, the seller will not be held responsible, hence it’s responsibility of the buyer to provide genuine address while placing the order.

Exchange Policy

  • Not all product(s) can be Exchanged.
  • Exchange eligibility will always be mentioned on the product page.
  • If a product(s) is/are damaged during Domestic shipping, a claiming case will be issued on the courier company and customer will be updated in that regards.
  • Those Exchanges claims will not be entertained which are issued in regards of Liking or Disliking.
  • If a product(s) is/are unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the product(s) may be considered for a Exchange, It’s the Duty of a Buyer to Read complete product description before placing an order with us.
  • If the product(s) matches the description by the Seller and the Buyer is unsatisfied, Seller will not be responsible for Exchange.
  • Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

  • An Order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the order can’t be Cancelled.
  • Orders can be Cancelled by the Seller if the Product(s) is/are not in stock or has been failed quality check, and if the Buyer has already made the payment, he/she will be updated about the Estimated Restocking of the Product(s) and in case the Buyer doesn’t want to wait, the Amount will be Refunded back to the Customer.

Complaints

  • Any Complaint Shall be sent to our Team via email at ask@anupu.com.
    Our Team will register the case and each case will be looked individually by our Team via email correspondence as we always try to lower the chance to make the Buyer call us.

Legalities

  • The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the product(s).
  • If any harm is incurred from the product(s) purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
